We're Hiring Inside Sales Agents
An inside sales agent will play a fundamental role in making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales Manager and Director for further development and closure
Schedule appointments in first call
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing services, and learn about new services as they come in.
Requirements
Ability to take initiative and work independently
1+ years of experience in sales or call center
Confident and charismatic approach to people
Good speaking and written English
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
